• If the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the rental start date, a full refund will be provided.
• If the booking is canceled between 15 and 30 days before the rental start date, a 50% refund will be provided.
• If the booking is canceled less than 15 days before the rental start date, no refund will be provided.

3.2. In the event that Perfect Holiday Cape Town is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher value. If the alternative is not acceptable, a full refund will be provided.
